We do not have a waiting area. Therefore we ask that all who are not receiving services do not attend your services with you. 

While we do work with children we do not have adequate space for them to wait while you receive your services and request that you make time for this to be your sacred space and have care for your children elsewhere.

Services to minors 18 and under must have documented permission of a parent/guardian. Services to minors between the ages of 13 - 16 Must have a parent/guardian present for intake. Services for minors between the ages of 13-16 may decide at intake if a parent/guardian will remain present for the service. Services for minors 12 and under must have a parent/ guardian present during the service.

For first time sessions, you will receive an email with an intake form shortly after booking. This intake form is required in order for you to receive your session.  You must complete and submit this form within 48 hours after booking. If the intake form is not received, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to hold your appointment time. You will also receive an invoice. All first-time sessions are required to be prepaid. 

To avoid any loss of your appointment's scheduled time, arrive early (15 to 10 min. is best) so that there is enough time for a proper intake allowing you to start your appointment at its scheduled time. (We say this as we may not always be able to run over our scheduled time as we may have other appointments after yours). Should you be late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee the total time of the original appointment booked, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee.  I appreciate your consideration in this matter.

If you are late you will still be required to pay for the original appointment. (If you are late and we contact you and you do not respond we will wait for 15 min. If we are able to fill your space then we will do so.)

Cancellation policy: A 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within less than 24 hours your deposit paid for service before any deductions will be not be refunded. If you did not pay a deposit you will be billed for 50% of your service before any deductions. In order to book future appointments, your balance, if any owed, must be paid in full.

All deposits are refundable with proper notice (see 24 hr cancellation policy) or can be applied to a rescheduled appointment. No calls, no-shows deposits are non-refundable or if no deposit was paid you will be billed for 100% of the services booked. In order to book future appointments, your balance if any owned, must be paid in full. We understand that unfortunate events occur, and we will do our best to accommodate and help you in any way we can.

If school is canceled, there are icy conditions or the roads are not in good condition, your appointments will be rescheduled for the safety of everyone. Please note: our therapists/practitioners do not live in Stow and will be basing the safety of their commute from their neighborhoods.

​No Refunds:

 All monies paid can be used for any services offered, so long as no balance is due on your account.
